How do I start a recording on my watch?

Open PinchNote and double-tap your thumb and index finger together, or tap the record button. Do the same to stop.

My watch recordings aren't showing up on my iPhone.

Keep PinchNote installed on both devices and your iPhone nearby. Recordings move over in the background; opening PinchNote on your iPhone speeds it up.

How do I restore PinchNote Pro on a new device?Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Settings in PinchNote, tap PinchNote Pro, then tap Restore Purchases.

How do I cancel my subscription?On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose PinchNote Pro. Or in PinchNote, open Settings, tap PinchNote Pro, then Manage Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

I bought Lifetime. Do I still need my subscription?No. Buying Lifetime doesn't cancel your subscription automatically, so cancel it as described above.

How do I get a refund?Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
